"I understand that a minimum of one full calendar month’s notice is required for any enrollment changes. For example, if I submit a cancellation on the 15th of the month, my child’s last day will be the final day of the following month, and I will be responsible for that full month’s tuition. I acknowledge that payment for the upcoming month will still be due upon withdrawal. If I choose to re-enroll in the future, I will need to reapply and will be subject to the current tuition rates and policies at that time."
